Overview

Our Goals and Objectives:

* To live our lives according to the light of the Holy Quran and authentic Hadith, following the understanding of the Salaf as-Salihin (Righteous Predecessors).

* To discuss and practice a belief free from shirk (associating partners with Allah) and actions free from bid'ah (innovations in religion).

* We desire an Islamic society that is free from any form of extremism in the name of progress, as well as any sectarian and regional narrow-mindedness in the name of Islam.

* To follow the principles of Fiqh as derived from Fiqh-us-Sunnah or Fiqh based on authentic Sunnah in matters of jurisprudence.

* To seek knowledge about unknown matters from the Ahl-e-Zikr (People of Remembrance) or Ahlul Ilm (People of Knowledge), as they are the inheritors of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). However, it is necessary to seek knowledge from scholars who are upon the correct understanding of the Quran and Sunnah and free from bid'ah and taqlid (blindly following a particular school of thought).

* To embrace the middle path in the field of religion, avoiding extremes and rigidities.

* To follow the example of the Salaf as-Salihin in matters of Aqeedah (creed), Manhaj (methodology), Amal (actions), and Akhlaq (morals).

* To avoid bid'ah (innovations) in the name of worship and reject extremism, terrorism, and fanaticism in the name of Jihad. To play a role in the reform of oneself, family, society, and the state.

* Alongside worship, to engage in mosque-centered religious and social services.

Wherever we are in our family, society, or country, let us be with Islam. Insha'Allah, life will be transformed.

Question: What do we want?

Answer: We want a prosperous Islamic society based on Tawheed (monotheism) and Sunnah in faith, actions, and morals.

Question: Why do we want it?

Answer: For the pleasure of Allah.

Question: How do we want it?

Answer: By following the way of Muhammad (peace be upon him) and emulating the companions and the righteous predecessors.
